Using your own branding, logo and imagery, a Skin Site lets you order the home page content as you want it, either showing the full database of 95,000+ products or featuring only the suppliers and ranges you choose. Everything is controlled from your own admin dashboard, and changes take effect immediately on the live site with no downtime.
Your customers can search by keyword, select a category, or browse featured categories and latest products. They can request a quick quote on a product, add several products to an enquiry basket, or send an enquiry direct to your dedicated email address. A Skin Site is not there to replace the creative service you offer, it extends your sales offering and creates order opportunities.

Connecting Promotional Office
Promotional Office is cloud business management software built on .NET for the promotional merchandise industry, and Skin Sites integrate with it directly. It covers traffic light progress chasing, quotations and order management, invoicing with invoice level CSV export, a graphical dashboard, sales management, business performance and profit reporting, CRM and stock management.
The original system was built by Promidata in the Netherlands and first installed in Europe in 2008. The UK version is modified and supported by the Sourcing City team, and is used by 585 users across 101 companies. promotionaloffice.co.uk
